Availability varies by season due to my commitment to honor the land which provides and only using what I grow or forage myself. This ensures herbs are harvested at their maximum potential and only when they are willing to share their gifts.

Every leaf & flower is personally grown from seed or foraged in upstate NY. Because of this commitment to bring quality herbs that are harvested at ideal times some items may not always be in stock. Availability of certain ingredients varies with season; but no matter the season the product is always personal. Nature has an uncanny way of providing exactly what we need even if it’s not what we thought we wanted. Often times the solution for our most troublesome issues is growing nearby.
